International Monetary Fund (IMF) chief Kristalina Georgieva said on Sunday that the IMF is seeing a strong rebound in China’s economy, but she also urged China to rebalance its economy.

Georgieva gave comment on the recent bank crisis as well, saying that risks to financial stability have increased.

"A rebound means China is set to account for around one third of global growth in 2023, it gives a welcome lift to the world economy," she said.
