Friday, Palestinians declared a general strike in Jenin to mourn the four Palestinians killed by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) Thursday, according to a Fatah official.
Secretary-General of Fatah movement in Jenin Ata Abu Rmeileh said that following a call from nationalist factions, Palestinians are observing a one-day general strike to mourn the death of the four Palestinians who were killed during an IOF raid on Jenin.
Businesses, schools, universities and other facilities participated in the strike across the West Bank and Jerusalem.
Notably, the strike also included public transportation.
The four Palestinians killed were identified as Omar Awadin (16), Nedal Khazem (28), Youssef Shreim (29) and Louay al-Zughair.
These martyrs bring the total number of Palestinians killed by the IOF since the beginning of the year to 88.
