Jordanian students will return to school for their second semester on Feb. 5, with the same hours as the previous semester.

The Ministry of Education had announced a year-round schedule for school hours with the beginning of the first semester in October.

Schools open their doors at 7:45 am for students. The morning assembly begins at 8:15 am, with the first class at 8:30 am. Class periods will be 45 minutes in schools that have only one shift.

In schools that have a second shift, the afternoon assembly will begin at 12:50 pm, and the first class at 1:00 pm, with 35 minute long class periods.
