A number of public transport bus owners in Ma'an announced, on Wednesday, that they are going on strike, in solidarity with the ongoing strike by truck owners who are protesting the prices of fuel.

Roya’s correspondent said that dozens of bus owners lined up to participate in the strike.

Additionally, on Tuesday evening, drivers of smart applications in Ma'an announced they will begin their strike on Wednesday to demand a cut in fuel prices.
