Jordan recorded 12 deaths and 562 new coronavirus cases Saturday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 770,712.

The death toll has risen to 10,032.

The cases are:

-48 in Irbid

-34 in Tafilah

-19 in Balqa

-18 in Jerash

-14 in Mafraq

-10 in Aqaba

-Nine in Madaba

-Eight in Ramtha

-Five in Karak

-Four in Ajloun

-Two in Ma'an

-One in Petra

A total of 90 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 36 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are a total of 10,162 active COVID-19 cases.

There are 594 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

A total of 18,634 PCR tests were conducted.

Saturday, 3.02 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 3.62 percent on Friday.
