The Ministry of Manpower and Immigration in Egypt announced the issuance of an order by the Jordanian Prime Minister prohibiting the issuance of any work permit or the renewal of annual residency for any person who did not receive at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine.

The official spokesperson for the ministry called on all Egyptian workers to quickly receive at least the first dose of the vaccine.
