Friday, dozens of pro-Palestinian protesters gathered outside the Museum of Modern Art in New York, calling on the US to "immediately stop all funding of Israeli [Occupation]." 

"The Israeli Occupation of Palestine, it can only happen with US support, and so I feel like there's an opportunity now for the people of the US to stand up against the continued occupation, and the continued support of the US for the Israeli occupation of Palestine," a protester told AFP.

"I am appreciative of living in this country, but their silence is complicit in what's happening there. Innocent women, children, older people who just want a life, just going about their business in that village are displaced because somebody wanted their home," another protester said.
