Wednesday, the Court of Cassation denied allegations made by a divorced woman after she accused a dog trainer of raping her.

In December 2019, the 31-year-old woman submitted a complaint against the man, who has been working as a dog trainer for more than two years, for rape accusations.

According to the court, they used to go out together and the accused used to come to her apartment to train her dog.

The complainant claimed that the accused tried to rape her for the first time after he entered her apartment, attacked her and stripped her clothes off.

Additionally, she claimed that the accused raped her for the second time after he consumed alcoholic beverages, beat her, and then left.

She also said that the accused raped her for the third time then threatened to video tape her.

She claimed another incident in which the accused, took her by force to an apartment belonging to his friend and raped her for the fourth time. On this same day she filed a complaint against him.

The court also revealed that the accused rapist's wife had previously filed a complaint against the complainant in 2018 for trying to ruin their marriage.

The court reached in its verdict that the complainant’s allegations are false, and that the sexual acts were not against her will.
