Monday, the media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) announced that Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) teams have arrested a drug trafficker and smuggler classified as "dangerous", after careful monitoring and tracking in Ramtha.

The drug dealer had 21 warrants out for his arrest.

Once AND teams determined his whereabouts, they raided the location and arrested him along with another person who accompanied him.

The media spokesman said that eight slabs of hashish, one kilogram of artificial hashish also known as "Joker", crystal methamphetamines, and counterfeit money were seized.

Investigations into the case are currently underway.
