Saturday, authorities arrested a 33-year-old man who had been living undetected in the US' Chicago O'Hare International Airport for three months.

California resident Aditya Udai Singh was apparently 'scared to go home because of COVID.'

He had arrived at the airport from Los Angeles on Oct. 19, and allegedly camped out in a restricted area of the airport after aquiring employee credentials.

He was arrested after two United Airlines employees asked to see his credentials, and found that they were those of the employee that reported them missing in late October.

Singh, who was charged with the felony of criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft, is due back in court on Jan. 27.

O'Hare is the world's busiest airports, with over 80 million passengers passing through it in an average year.
