Saturday, the Minister of Education Tayseer Al-Nuaimi, announced that Jordan should make education a priority, adding that the Kingdom is one of the countries that refused not to make education a priority as the pandemic continued to take its toll.

On Twitter, Nuaimi wrote, "Today 95,451 of our students finished supplementary exams within specific health conditions to ensure the safety of everyone. I ask God to grant them success."

He added, "I would like to extend my sincere [gratitude] to our fellow teachers and support staff, and to all the national and security institutions that have contributed to Jordan being one of the countries that refuse to set education as its priority."

Notably, earlier Saturday,Nuaimi announced that the date for the issuance of supplementary exam results for the year 2019/2020 will be at the end of the first week of February.

The number of students participating in the supplementary course for Tawjihi reached 95,451, according to the Ministry of Education.
