Thursday, moderate weather conditions are expected in Jordan with clouds at various altitudes and southeasterly moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) announced.

Similar moderate conditions are expected Friday with a chance of spotty showers, mainly in the evening hours in various parts of the Kingdom, while winds will be southeasterly moderate to brisk, the JMD added.

However, temperatures will drop a few degrees Saturday, bringing relatively cold and partly cloudy to cloudy weather with showers accompanied by thunder at times in different regions. The weather is expected to stabilize at night.

In Amman, temperatures are expected to be 19 degrees Celsius Thursday, and  16 degrees Celsius in the northern and the southern highlands.
