A total of 17 people were detained for smoking shisha in an empty area near the Seventh Circle, said Governor of Amman Saad Al-Shehab Sunday.

The case was transferred to the public prosecutor to take the necessary legal and administrative action against them for non-compliance with defense laws, added  Shehab.
