One person died and seven others were injured after two vehicles collided on Wadi Taqabol road in Irbid, a source told Roya Wednesday. The collision involved a pickup truck and a public bus.

The residents had previously called for maintenance and expansion of the road. 

Ambulance service teams provided first aid to all those who were injured.
