The main building of the Ministry of Labour has been closed after coronavirus cases were recorded among its staff, announced the ministry's spokesperson, Mohammad al-Zyoud Tuesday. It will remain closed until Thursday. 

Al-Zyoud added that the ministry's other buildings across the Kingdom will continue to operate normally.

The building will be disinfected and PCR tests will be conducted for all those who came into contact with the positive cases.

Jordan recorded 35 deaths and 1,364 new COVID-19 cases Monday, 1,362 of which are local cases.
