A 79-year-old man has died from COVID-19 in Southern Aghwar in Karak, announced the city's health director, Ayman al-Tarawneh, on Friday.

The deceased suffered from chronic diseases and died at Prince Hamza Hospital, al-Tarawneh added.

Jordan has recorded three deaths and 213 new COVID-19 cases on Friday. The total COVID-19 deaths in Jordan now totals 30.
