Four new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in Southern Aghwar in Karak, announced the city's health director, Ayman al-Tarawneh, on Friday.

The total coronavirus cases in Karak governorate since the beginning of the pandemic now totals 164, al-Tarawneh added.

Jordan has recorded 279 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, 270 of which are local cases.
