Two COVID-19 cases at King Hussein Cancer Center

Two new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the King Hussein Cancer Center in Amman, including one nurse, according to an informed source.

The source told Roya the floor the nurse works on is now isolated to prevent the spread of the virus to other departments. The second case involves an employee in the radiology department.

The COVID-19 investigation teams are currently testing for the virus among the contacts of the two infected people.

All visitors to the centre during this past period were asked to quarantine themselves for 14 days, and to immediately visit a hospital if any symptoms of the virus appear.
