One death and 394 new COVID-19 cases in Palestine

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced a further 394 coronavirus cases and one death had been recorded over 24 hours, on Friday.

In the last 24 hours, 161 new were recorded in Jerusalem, 203 in Hebron, 15 in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, five in Bethlehem, three in Jenin, five in Nablus, two in Qalqilya.

A total of 62 patients have recovered; 11 in Nablus, 47 in Hebron, two in Tulkarem and two in Salfit.

Currently, 14 cases are in the Intensive Care Unit and five are on ventilators.

The total number of active cases stands at 8, 796, while 6,351have recovered and 85 have died since the beginning of the crisis.

A total of 2,500 COVID-19 tests were conducted over the past 24 hours.
