The Kingdom is up for an especially hot weekend this Friday, with a hot air mass scheduled to arrive tomorrow, and last until later next week.

The weather will be hot across the kingdom with temperatures swinging between 34-38 degrees celsius, and even hotter in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, Aqaba, and desert areas, with highs of 40 degrees, according to Arabweather.

Jordanians were urged not to spend a lot of time under the sun, especially in the noon and afternoon.

This past July was one of the hottest months ever recorded in the Kingdom’s history, as a result of the numerous heatwaves that took place.
