The Grand Criminal Court issued a verdict against a man who fatally assaulted his wife, suspecting her behavior.

He beat her with his hands, a wooden stick, a charger cord, and a wooden hammer before burying her in an agricultural area. The court found him guilty of battery leading to death and sentenced him to 20 years in prison.

The crime, which occurred in 2022, involved the accused repeatedly beating his wife until she died after disagreements over her behavior escalated, leading to brutal attacks with various objects.

The victim attempted to flee but was pursued and ultimately killed in their home. The accused then wrapped her body, transported it in his vehicle, and buried it in a hole in an agricultural area. He later burned her clothes and falsely reported her disappearance.

The forensic examination revealed multiple injuries, including a fractured skull, leading to cerebral hemorrhage and death.
