The Director of the Jordan Meteorological Department, Raed Al-Khatib, reported that atmospheric simulation models indicate that Jordan is expected to be affected by a state of atmospheric instability next Friday, with forming at different altitudes and a possibility of scattered rainfall, especially in the south and east of Jordan, accompanied by thunderstorms.

Al-Khatib added that numerical model analyses suggest that starting from today, Tuesday, temperatures will begin to gradually rise.

He added that Jordanians will experience somewhat warmer weather during these days, with maximum temperatures expected to be higher than the normal averages for this time of the year by approximately three to six degrees Celsius.

He noted that maximum temperatures in the capital, Amman, are expected to range from 22 to 26 degrees Celsius, while low-lying areas such as the Jordan Valley, Aqaba, and the Dead Sea will experience maximum temperatures ranging from 27 to 32 degrees Celsius.
