Two explosions rocked a ship located 50 miles southeast of the Yemeni city of Aden, according to the British maritime security firm “Ambrey".

It confirmed that there were no injuries reported among the ship's crew.

As of now, no entity has claimed responsibility for the incident. However, it occurred amidst a backdrop of ongoing attacks in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.

Since November 19, the Houthis have been conducting attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea. These attacks are linked to Israeli Occupation aggression or vessels bound for its ports, in retaliation for the aggression against Gaza.

In response, British and American forces have launched strikes on Houthi-affiliated sites.
