Oppenheimer, a film helmed by Christopher Nolan chronicling the life of the nuclear bomb inventor, clinched several awards at the annual British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards.

This highly successful film of 2023 garnered recognition for its editing, cinematography, and Robert Downey Jr.'s supporting role at the early stages of the ceremony. With 13 nominations, Oppenheimer stood out as a front-runner.

Among the standout contenders for the Best Actor category is Cillian Murphy, portraying the American physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, while Christopher Nolan was nominated for the Best Director award.
