The United Nations General Assembly has approved a resolution calling for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.

The General Assembly held a session Tuesday evening to discuss the situation in the Palestinian territories and the ongoing repercussions of the continuous aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continues its war on the Gaza Strip for the 67th day, with the ongoing intensification of its airstrikes on various areas.
