An official military source from the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army said that the southern military region successfully foiled an illegal infiltration attempt by an Israeli Occupation citizen into Jordanian territory from one of its borders.

The source further mentioned that the Border Guard forces acted in accordance with the rules of engagement, resulting in the arrest of the individual, who was subsequently handed over to the appropriate authorities.

The source emphasized the armed forces' resolute approach in safeguarding the borders and preventing any unauthorized entry or smuggling attempts. They will remain vigilant against any potential threats to Jordanian national security.
