The Israeli Occupation Forces Tuesday arrested 17 Palestinians in several cities in the West Bank, including a group of youth in Hebron who were protesting demolitions near Jewish settlements.

The Palestinian Prisoners Society said Israeli Occupation soldiers raided Jenin, Nablus, Ramallah and al-Bireh under the pretext that the individuals are wanted by Israeli Occupation authorities for getting involved in anti-Israeli activities.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said the Israeli Occupation Forces fired tear gas and rubber bullets at Palestinians. Dozens of Palestinians suffered from breathing problems and others were beaten up by the army.

Palestinian sources said Jewish settlers fenced off Palestinian-owned land and pastures in the Northern Jordan Valley in the West Bank.
