A second person has died as a result of the group food poisoning incident in Baqaa, on Friday.

All those responsible for the food poisoning incident in Ain al-Basha were transferred to the Public Prosecution for legal action, announced the Minister of Health, Saad Jaber, on Thursday.

The incident took place after a restaurant sold discounted shawarma meals, which turned out to be not suitable for human consumption.

The first death was a three year-old child who died on Wednesday.
