Two people were rescued after being stuck on a mountain in Wadi Rum by Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) rescue teams.

The CDD issued a statement saying that in cooperation with the Jordanian Air Force, the two people were found stranded near an old Nabatean temple while climbing.

“The latest equipment and technologies were used to rescue them, and they were hospitalized,” said the statement.
