A 60-year-old Palestinian woman was arrested after being shot at and injured by Israeli forces today near the town of Na’leen west of Ramallah.

Israeli forces claimed to have fired at the woman after suspecting she would carry out a stabbing attack against one of the soldiers, Palestinian news agency Maan reports.

They also claimed that the soldiers fired warning shots, which rendered her unconscious before she was apprehended by the soldiers.

The identity of the woman, her medical state, and her current whereabouts are unknown.
