77,000 tons of explosives used against Gaza

The Gaza Government Media Office released yesterday the latest statistics of the “Israeli” aggression against the Strip as it marked its 230th day on May 23.

Gaza’s Media Office said that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) used 77,000 tons of explosives, resulting in over 100,000 casualties in the Strip along with an estimated USD 33 billion USD in “direct initial losses.”

The IOF committed 3,191 massacres since Oct. 7, 2023, resulting in 35,800 martyrs, 10,000 missing persons, 15,239 children killed -31 due to famine- in addition to 10,093 females killed.

493 medical personnel were killed, in addition to 69 martyrs from civil defense and 147 journalists.

80,200 were wounded, with 71 percent of the overall casualties being children and women – while 17,000 children in the Gaza Strip are living without one or both parents.
