Three journalists were targeted today in Nuseirat Refugee Camp in central Gaza by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) today, Friday - per Roya’s correspondent.

Journalist Sami Barhoum, Sami Shahada, and Ahmad Harb were the victims of the airstrikes that have been targeting central Gaza since early morning.

Journalist Sami Shahada is currently in critical condition. Medical personnel amputated his foot due to the severity of his injury.

Since the beginning of the “Israeli” aggression on the Gaza Strip, the IOF has killed 140 journalists.

The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) has previously condemned the targeting of journalists in Gaza, emphasizing the necessity of safeguarding them from violence perpetrated by the IOF to enable them to carry out their journalistic duties.

Earlier today, at least 25 people were killed in an airstrike that targeted Al-Daraj neighborhood in central Gaza.
