The “Israeli” Knesset has voted by a vast majority to not unilaterally recognize a Palestinian state.

The bill passed with a majority, with 99 members of the Knesset voting in favor of the government proposal.

Earlier, the “Israeli” Minister of National Security in the occupation government, Itamar Ben-Gvir, joined ministers who angrily opposed a report about an American plan to recognize the Palestinian state in the coming weeks as part of a peace plan.

Ben-Gvir said, "The intention of the United States with Arab countries to establish a (Palestinian) state alongside the state of Israel is an illusion and part of the misleading concept that there is a peace partner on the other side."

"After October 7, it became clearer than ever that they are not allowed to have a state. As long as we are in the government, there will be no Palestinian state,” he added.

"Killing 1400 people and the world wants to give them (the Palestinians) a state. That won't happen,” Ben-Gvir said on his “X” account.
