The Israeli Occupation's relentless aggression against Gaza persists into its 137th day, with bombardments striking various areas of the strip.

This ongoing onslaught has led to the martyrdom of 29,092 Palestinians and the injury of 69,028 others since October 7 of last year, with thousands more trapped under the rubble, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

The Israeli Occupation renewed on Tuesday morning its artillery shelling, specifically targeting the center and west of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Amidst continued attacks on hospitals in the area, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society raised concerns about the disabled water desalination station at Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis, a result of an assault by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF). Additionally, electricity generation has plummeted to a critical level, exacerbating the dire situation, with dwindling food supplies posing a further threat to lives.

"The Israeli Occupation leaves Palestinians in the far south of Gaza with only three options: displacement, imprisonment, or death," summarized Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki in his address to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

Al-Maliki stressed the urgent need to end double standards and halt Israeli Occupation practices immediately, asserting that adherence to international law is paramount. He linked the atrocities in Gaza to the absence of accountability and prosecution of the Israeli Occupation.

Khalil Al-Hayya, a Hamas Political Bureau member, echoed Al-Maliki's sentiments, stating that the Israeli Occupation would only secure its captives through alleviating Palestinian suffering, ceasing aggression, and engaging in prisoner exchanges.

Al-Hayya highlighted how the Israeli Occupation tailored the Paris Agreement to serve its interests, backtracking from crucial agreements such as ending aggression.

He highlighted the Israeli Occupation's recent withdrawal from a framework presented to Hamas.
