Hebrew Media reported that Tel Aviv and Egypt are making efforts to reach a new exchange deal with the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas involving the exchange of detainees.

According to Hebrew media, the discussed deal would involve the release of female and injured Israeli Occupation soldiers, as well as elderly individuals, in exchange for the release of sick and elderly Palestinian detainees held by the Israeli Occupation.

In response, Hamas leader Osama Hamdan commented on the matter, saying: "We will not agree to a prisoner exchange deal without a complete ceasefire in Gaza."

Hamas rejected offers earlier and held the Israeli Occupation responsible for resuming the war and aggression on the Gaza Strip after it refused to engage with any proposals to release other detainees throughout the night.

Hamas offered to exchange detainees and seniors, deliver the bodies of those killed by Israeli Occupation shelling, hand over the bodies of the Bibas family and release their father to participate in their burial ceremonies.

Additionally, Hamas proposed releasing two detainees from the Israeli side.

However, the Israeli Occupation rejected all these offers, indicating a pre-determined decision to resume the aggressive onslaught.
