Jamal Muhammad Haniyeh, the eldest grandson of Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas' political bureau, was killed Tuesday in an airstrike on the Gaza Strip.

In the ongoing aggression since October 7, Haniyeh's granddaughter, Ro'a Hammam Ismail Haniyeh, and around 30 nephews and relatives of his have also lost their lives. Notably, Ro'a was a medical student at the Islamic University of Gaza.
