Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh emphasized King Abdullah's focus on halting the Israeli Occupation's war and aggression against Gaza.

In an interview with Al-Arabiya, he warned that the absence of a political solution could escalate violence, emphasizing that Amman's peace agreement with Tel Aviv requires mutual respect.

Khasawneh stated that displacement from the West Bank or conditions leading to it would be seen as a declaration of war, constituting a breach of the peace agreement.

He highlighted the Arab moral stance condemning attacks on civilians, irrespective of nationality or religion.

Stressing the importance of preventing escalation in the West Bank, he stated that violence against civilians or holy sites is a red line for Jordan.

In regards to Gaza, Khasawneh stated that Jordan approaches the situation as if it were on its own border, deploying the army for border protection. He mentioned a new Jordanian field hospital in Nablus supporting medical efforts in the West Bank.

Khasawneh also discussed strategic planning for essential commodities and the readiness to address potential disruptions, including gas supplies from the Leviathan field.

He emphasized Jordan's humanitarian and legal discourse, rooted in a commitment to peace based on truth.

Additionally, he mentioned receiving evacuation notices for the Jordanian field hospital from the Israeli Occupation side, without responding to the demands.
