Two individuals were injured in a vehicle accident in Irbid Thursday, one of whom sustained serious injuries, according to Roya's reporter.

The incident occurred when the vehicle veered off the road and crashed into an electric pole, the correspondent stated.

Both injured individuals were promptly transported to the Prince Rashed Military Hospital to receive necessary medical treatment.

Security authorities rushed to the accident scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Notably, in another incident on the Amman-Zarqa-Mafraq highway, 11 individuals, mostly children, were injured in a vehicle rollover, as reported by the Highway Patrol Department.

The Civil Defense teams responded immediately, providing first aid and subsequently transporting the injured to a nearby hospital for further medical care.

The cause of the accident was attributed to incorrect handling of turns, leading to a loss of control and the subsequent vehicle rollover.
