The Fruits and Vegetables Central Wholesale Market announced Tuesday the latest prices of fresh produce.

According to the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM), the market received a total of 2,804 tons of fresh produce including 1,837 tons of vegetables, 835 tons of fruits 130 tons of leafy greens.

According to the market's latest price list (per kilogram):

• Eggplants: 15-25 piasters
• Broccoli: 100-225 piasters
• Onions: 15-25 piasters
• Potatoes: 30-50 piasters
• Watermelon: 15-25 piasters
• Tomatoes: 15-25 piasters
• Garlic: 50-100 piasters
• Carrots: 40-60 piasters
• Cucumbers: 25-50 piasters
• Cauliflower: 25-50 piasters
• Mushrooms: 400-450 piasters
• Avocado: 125-150 piasters
• Apples: 50-100 piasters
• Pomegranate: 50-100 piasters
• Lemons: 50-80 piasters
• Bananas: 50-65 piasters
• Lettuce: 15-25 piasters
