Saudi astronauts Rayyanah Barnawi and Ali Al-Qarni made history as they touched down on Earth after an eventful 10-day space exploration. The emotional return witnessed the astronauts waving their hands to the audience.

The Dragon spacecraft, carrying the Saudi astronauts along with their American counterparts Peggy Whitson and John Shoffner, successfully completed its journey back to Earth in the early morning hours. The spacecraft, which autonomously transports humans beyond Earth, departed from the International Space Station and underwent various maneuvers before reentering the atmosphere and landing off the coast of Florida.

During their mission aboard the International Space Station, Bernawi and Al-Qarni conducted 14 distinct scientific experiments. These experiments focused on areas such as the brain, nervous system, immune cells, and water seeding technology.

The Saudi astronauts embarked on their journey alongside NASA's Peggy Whitson and entrepreneur John Shoffner, launching aboard the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket in collaboration with Axiom Space. The 10-day mission showcased significant scientific activities and experiments.
