Israeli Occupation authorities are set to discuss the annexation of approximately 500,000 dunums of land in the West Bank for the so-called natural reserves project, according to sources.
The occupation entity classifies these lands as state lands, covering an area of 634,920 dunums (634 square kilometers), which accounts for 11.2 percent of the West Bank's total area.
Additionally, there is a second part of the classification comprising 843,922 dunums (843.9 square kilometers), representing 14.9 percent of the West Bank's area.
These lands were declared as state lands by the Israeli Occupation after 1979. The third part consists of 666,327 dunums (666.2 square kilometers), making up 11.7 percent of the West Bank's area.
These lands have undergone surveying and are in the process of registration according to the laws of the occupation entity.
