Director of the Traffic Department Firas Al-Duwairi said Thursday that 98.8 percent of traffic accidents are caused by humans.

According to Duwairi, 220 deaths have been recorded due to traffic accidents since the beginning of 2023.

He pointed out that the year 2023 witnessed a decrease in the rate of traffic accidents, compared to the same period last year, by 0.5 percent.
