A Lebanese boy died of a cardiac arrest after seeing a group of young men and women disguised in scary masks and carrying swords in the vicinity of his house, Lebanese media outlets reported.

Reports added that the group was shooting a TikTok video when the boy, later identified as Mohammed Istanbuli, 7, saw them near his house in Tyre, Lebanon.

On the day of the incident, the boy's family woke up and found him lying on the floor unconscious.

Eyewitnesses told Alhurra that the young men and women were running around the place acting as ghosts while wearing black clothes, scary masks and carrying swords when the child was struck by a state of terror and fear.

Mohammed's father filed a complaint against those responsible for his son's death.

A forensic doctor said that the child did not have any bruises or marks on his body, adding that there was only a small scratch on his nose. He pointed out that what happened was an "accident," and the child most likely had a sudden cardiac arrest.

Many attended the funeral of the 7-year-old child in Tyre, Lebanon, on Saturday.
