Sunday, the House of Representatives voted by majority to lift the immunity of MP Imad Al-Adwan, who was arrested by the Israeli Occupation authorities for allegedly attempting to smuggle quantities of gold and weapons.

Parliament Speaker Ahmed Al-Safadi said in a press briefing that the decision came following the request of the State Security Court Prosecution.

Earlier Sunday, the Israeli Occupation's security agency Shin Beto announced that the Jordanian MP Imad Al-Adwan was handed over to Jordan to complete the investigation process and trial procedures with him.
