Monday, the Highway Patrol Department announced a temporary closure of the back road in Aqaba in both directions.

The Public Security Radio (PSD) told Amen FM that the decision was made due to the presence of obstacles on the road following an accident involving two freight vehicles.

Traffic officers are present at the location and will ensure that traffic resumes normally as soon as possible.
