A young male zebra went on the run for three hours in the streets of Seoul, South Korea’s capital, before it was tranquilized and taken back to its zoo.
Seoul Gwangjin Fire Station had documented footage of the young zebra, Sero, roaming the streets. Sero was born in 2021 at the Children’s Grand Park.
After three hours of freedom, police and emergency personnel tranquilized Sero after it was cornered into a narrow alleyway between houses.
Zoo officials said Sero was found to be in good condition after being examined by veterinarians.
The authorities reported no material damage caused by the young zebra running loose.
