Approximatly 30,000 Palestinians performed the first Friday prayer of the holy month of Ramadan in the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf.

Notably, nearly 100,000 Palestinians performed the first Friday prayer in Ramadan at Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

People showed up and attended the prayer despite the Israeli Occupation's restrictions imposed on checkpoints in and around Jerusalem.
