A total of 14 drug dealers were arrested in different parts of Jordan, as announced by the Public Security Directorate (PSD) Thursday.

The PSD's media spokesperson said that the Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) carried out campaigns to track down and arrest drug dealers in different governorates.

In Karak, nine drug dealers and suspects were arrested and quantities of narcotic substances were seized.

In Ramtha, one of the most dangerous drug dealers in the Kingdom was arrested and, during the raid, two kilograms of crystal meth were seized.

The AND was notified that two people transported large quantities of drugs to Zarqa from Mafraq Governorate, who were arrested.

Two dealers were arrested in the capital while distributing narcotic substances in East Amman.

After the two individuals were taken in, the AND seized eigh slabs of hashish, 1,000 narcotic pills and 100 grams of crystal meth.
