The private sector is not included in the Prime Minister’s announcement regarding limiting working hours for all ministries, official departments, institutions, public bodies, official universities, municipalities, joint services councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and government-owned companies during Ramadan, according to the Ministry of Labor.

The decision was issued today, Monday, March 13, 2023.

The ministry indicated that organizing and determining the working hours of private sector establishments during the holy month of Ramadan is left to the private sector and according to the internal system of each establishment.
