Friday, stray dogs attacked and killed 56 sheep in a farm in al-Koura District in Irbid .

The owner of the sheep told Roya that stray dogs constantly attack the farm, causing heavy losses affecting his family's livelihood.

He demanded finding a solution as they pose a serious threat to his their livelihood.

The head of the Deir Abi Saeed municipality Adel Bani Issa said the concerned authorities instructed the owner not to sell the remaining sheep, to avoid spreading diseases as a result of the dog attack, until the laboratory test results are out.

Bani Issa called on the concerned authorities to address the issue of stray dogs, which has spread across Jordan.
